With the "User Journey" we are planning a very special update for Trackboxx.
The goal here is to show which channels (e.g. social or specific UTM sources) trigger conversions on your site.
The whole thing is displayed graphically so that you know immediately which channels are "performing" and how.
You can filter the individual channels even further using the corresponding filter options.
As a special highlight, you can also view the corresponding "user journey" for each individual user and check via which path he finally reached the triggering of the conversion.
