Web analytics refers to the systematic evaluation of data about the behaviour of users on a website. The aim is to recognise weaknesses, improve content and make the website more successful overall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Typical key figures are page views, bounce rates, dwell time or conversion rates. Tools such as Trackboxx, Google Analytics, Matomo or Plausible are used for the analysis - see also Tracking<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important: The rules of data protection also apply to web analytics, in particular with regard to Cookies<\/a> and the consent requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
