While events had to be configured manually in earlier versions of Google Analytics, GA4 includes <strong>automatic tracking of many common events<\/strong> such as page views, scrolling and clicks on external links. You can create custom events for more specific interactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Event tracking shows how people interact with a page\u2019s content and where they may encounter problems.
