{"id":5015,"date":"2026-07-20T23:41:21","date_gmt":"2026-07-20T21:41:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/trackboxx.com\/?post_type=helpcenter&#038;p=5015"},"modified":"2026-07-20T23:41:21","modified_gmt":"2026-07-20T21:41:21","slug":"shopify-plugin","status":"publish","type":"helpcenter","link":"https:\/\/trackboxx.com\/en\/helpcenter\/shopify-plugin","title":{"rendered":"Shopify Plugin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This guide explains how to set up the Trackboxx app in your Shopify store in just a few steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prerequisite: a Trackboxx account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You need a <strong>Trackboxx account<\/strong>, before installing the app. If you do not have one yet, create an account at <a href=\"https:\/\/trackboxx.com\/en\/\">trackboxx.com<\/a> . You can find your TB ID later in the Trackboxx dashboard (see step 3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1: Open the Trackboxx app<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open the following page:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/shopify.trackboxx.com\">https:\/\/shopify.trackboxx.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enter your store domain (e.g. <code>your-store.myshopify.com<\/code>) and click <strong>Log in<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: Install the app in your store<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be redirected to your Shopify admin. Confirm the requested permissions by clicking <strong>Install<\/strong>to install the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note: The message \u201cThis app hasn\u2019t been reviewed\u201d is normal because the app is not currently listed in the Shopify App Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3: Enter your TB ID<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open your <strong>Trackboxx dashboard<\/strong> and locate your <strong>TB ID<\/strong> (tracking ID).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then enter this TB ID in the app settings in your Shopify store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4: Enter the public URL (if required)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your store uses a custom domain instead of the standard<code>myshopify.com<\/code>address, also enter the public URL of your store in the settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Done!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you have saved the TB ID and, if required, the public URL, setup is complete.
