It applies to websites that have exceeded their plan\u2019s pageview allowance for the current billing period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On free plans, tracking stops as soon as you exceed 2,500 pageviews. Paid plans have a grace period of up to 24 hours before tracking stops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your account is affected, here are your options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Free plans<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Upgrade to a paid plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Paid plans<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Upgrade to a higher plan or buy a one-off package of extra pageviews. You can currently do this through the notification. We\u2019ll also add an option under Settings &gt; Credits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In either case, you\u2019ll see a notification in your dashboard.
