Sure, that's part of the truth. <strong>But not our focus.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This article sheds light on something much more fundamental. <em><strong>Not: How do I use AI for SEO?<\/strong><\/em> But rather: How will I <strong>found, quoted and displayed by AI itself<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because search behaviour is changing. People no longer just google. They ask Gemini. They chat with ChatGPT. They talk to Copilot. Anyone who doesn't appear there will soon only half exist digitally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have dedicated ourselves to <a href=\"https:\/\/trackboxx.com\/en\/chatgpt-seo-become-visible-in-the-ki-search\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"4048\">Visibility in ChatGPT<\/a> in a separate article. Now we're taking a broader look at the entire AI ecosystem - including Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why AI SEO is now mandatory<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Imagine going all out for a really strong blog article. Clean structure, good keywords, helpful content. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And then this: <strong>Your text appears in the Google search. But nobody clicks.<\/strong> Why? Because the answer <strong>is already in the search<\/strong>. Welcome to the world of \"<a href=\"https:\/\/trackboxx.com\/en\/zero-click-searches-the-future-of-visibility\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"4098\">Zero-click searches<\/a>\". In addition to knowledge panels, local packs and featured snippets, AI summaries are also playing an increasingly important role here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Semrush, in March 2025 <strong>AI overviews in 13 % of all search queries<\/strong> on. The result: According to TheLetterTwo.com, the average click-through rate drops by <strong>almost 30 %<\/strong>as soon as such an AI response appears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But AI SEO is not only relevant for content marketing: <strong>Users are also increasingly using AI for direct searches for specific products or services <\/strong>such as ChatGPT or AI-generated responses are supported in Google and Bing. Great influence on visibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Copilot \/ Edge<\/strong>Answers in the Microsoft context, also from documents and websites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Perplexity<\/strong>Transparent source citation - good for expert content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Classification:<\/strong> Gemini and Copilot are basically <em><strong>the next evolutionary stage of \"Short Answers\"<\/strong><\/em> - i.e. the short, immediately visible answers that used to appear as featured snippets in position 0.
