All financial transactions at Trackboxx are processed by our financial service provider "Paddle" (https://www.paddle.com/).

After your order or a successful extension, you will receive an email at the email address registered in the payment purchase.

The sender is "Paddle".

Additionally, you will find each invoice in your Trackboxx dashboard.

To access it, proceed as follows:

• click on the gear icon at the top right
• Select an account
• scroll down
