Where can I find my invoice?

All payments for Trackboxx are processed by our payment provider, Paddle (https://www.paddle.com/).

After placing an order or successfully renewing your subscription, you’ll receive an email at the address used during checkout.

The sender is “Paddle”.

You can also find all your invoices in your Trackboxx dashboard.

To view them:

  • Click the gear icon in the top-right corner
  • Select “Account”
  • Scroll down
