With our developed "Importer" for data from Universal Analytics and Google Analytics 4, you can import historical data from your Analytics account directly into your Trackboxx account. All you need is direct access to the corresponding Analytics account.
In the following article we will explain how to perform the import and which points you should pay attention to.
Quick overview
- In your Trackboxx account, click on "Settings" > Websites to go to the overview of your pages in Trackboxx.
- For the corresponding web page, click on the icon with the 3 dots and select "Google Analytics".
- A popup will open asking for a connection to your Google account - confirm the connection
- After a successful connection, Trackboxx connects to your Analytics account and lists all stored properties (projects). Depending on the size, this may take a moment.
- now select the corresponding web page and start the import

After successful connection with your Google account, your web pages will be displayed accordingly
Once the import is complete, you will receive an email.
