With the "Invite user" function, you have the option of inviting any user to a website managed by you by entering an e-mail address.
The user will then receive an email with instructions on how to create a free Trackboxx account, granting them access to the relevant data on your website.
This feature is available from the "Business tariff" onwards. Here you have the option of inviting up to 10 additional users.
Instructions "Invite user"
You can find the "Invite user" function by going to the settings (cogwheel) and then selecting "Websites".
Behind each website you will now see the option "Invite user" in addition to various options
In the following view, you can now add a new user using the "Add user" button.
Important! The user does not need to be registered with Trackboxx beforehand. They will complete the registration through the invitation.
After clicking the option, you’ll see the following choices:
1. Enter the new user's email address, and the invitation will be sent to that address.
2. Choose a role:
Read-Only (The user can only view the website data and does not have any access to settings).
Administrator (The user has various permissions, such as modifying goals, editing page details, and creating public URLs).
You can also change permissions easily later on
Once sent, the user will receive an email with the details.
If the user is not yet registered, they will complete the registration process after accepting the invitation. If they are already registered, clicking the link in the email will take them directly to the relevant website.

You will see a list of your invited users, whether they have accepted the invitation and an option to change the role. If you want to cancel the invitation, you can do this via the "trash can".
The invited user also sees the corresponding option under "Websites" and also has the option here to "cancel" the invitation - i.e. to delete the invitation/website again.
