Where can I find my invoice?

All financial transactions at Trackboxx are processed via our financial service provider "Paddle" (https://www.paddle.com/) are processed.

After your order or a successful renewal, you will receive an email sent to the email address provided during the payment process.

The sender is "Paddle".

Additionally, you can find every invoice in your Trackboxx dashboard.

To access this, proceed as follows:

  • Click the gear icon in the top right corner
  • Select account
  • Scroll down
