Between 21.06.2022 and 24.06.2022 we will install an update that may affect the display of your statistics. Specifically, this concerns tariffs or, more specifically, websites that have exceeded the maximum number of available page views in the current billing period.
With the free packages, tracking is stopped as soon as 2500 pageviews are exceeded. With the paid tariffs, there is a maximum period of 24 hours until tracking is stopped.
If your account is affected, you can react as follows:
Free packages - Carrying out an upgrade to a paid tariff
Paid tariffs - Upgrading to a higher tariff or booking a one-off Pageview package. This can currently be selected via the info message. There will be an additional option under Settings > Credits.
In both cases, there is corresponding information that is displayed in the dashboard. In the coming days, we will also implement an automatic mail system that will inform you in advance by e-mail.
