We rebuilt the Trackboxx experience around three priorities:
clarity, speed and useful insight.

• Details on demand: open key information in a focused popup without leaving the current view.
• More flexible comparisons let you examine periods and datasets with greater precision.

A deeper view of e-commerce

If you use Trackboxx for an online shop, V3 provides a much clearer picture of the customer journey.
We have substantially expanded e-commerce analytics to show what happens before and after a purchase:

• New section: Cart abandonment analysis
