Update 24 June 2022: changes when you exceed your pageview limit

Between 21 and 24 June 2022, we’re rolling out an update that may affect the statistics you see. It applies to websites that have exceeded their plan’s pageview allowance for the current billing period.

On free plans, tracking stops as soon as you exceed 2,500 pageviews. Paid plans have a grace period of up to 24 hours before tracking stops.

If your account is affected, here are your options:

Free plans – Upgrade to a paid plan.

Paid plans – Upgrade to a higher plan or buy a one-off package of extra pageviews. You can currently do this through the notification. We’ll also add an option under Settings > Credits.

In either case, you’ll see a notification in your dashboard. In the coming days, we’ll also introduce automatic email alerts to let you know in advance.
