A new website and new features

After refreshing the Trackboxx dashboard this spring, it was time to give our website a new look too.

The new site has been live for a few days now, and I’m really pleased with the result.

The support chat is still offline while we look for an alternative to Tawk.to. It worked well and met all our needs, but we have privacy concerns because the provider is based in the US.

We’re currently considering either a self-hosted solution or Brevo’s chat system.

What’s new in Trackboxx

You can always find our latest features in the changelog.

Still, we’d like to keep you informed more directly, especially when we make bigger changes or add major features.

That’s why we’re planning a news feed within the Trackboxx dashboard.

Alongside numerous bug fixes and improvements to the statistics, the new comparison feature is a particular highlight.

To compare different periods, open the date picker and select “Compare”.

You can now add a profile picture too. Just click the round image in the top-right corner, upload your picture and you’re done.

With some bigger features on the way, we hope to share our next update a little sooner.
