#34 Improving the real-time statistics

Updates and improvements to the real-time statistics.

The real-time view currently shows data from the past 30 minutes. We want it to reflect what is happening right now, so we are making several changes.

For example, the page report will show how many visitors currently have each page open instead of the total for the past 30 minutes.
