After we launched the new design of the Trackboxx Dashboard in spring, it was also time to give the Trackboxx website a redesign.
This has now been online for a few days and I have to say I am very satisfied.
The support chat is not yet active again. We would like to find an alternative solution to Tawk.to here. This works great and met our requirements for 100%, but unfortunately we have the issue of data protection and the fact that the operators are based in the USA.
A self-hosted solution or the chat system from Brevo are currently under discussion.
New updates for Trackboxx
You can always keep track of new features in our changelog.
However, this is currently not 100% optimal, as it would be nicer to inform you more directly, especially in the case of larger changes or extensions.
A "News" system directly in the Trackboxx dashboard is planned here.
Apart from numerous bug fixes and statistics optimisations, the new "Compare" feature is certainly worth highlighting.
You can start this function via the "Datepicker" by clicking on "Compare" and thus compare different time periods with each other.
A nice little gimmick is the new avatar function. Simply click on the round picture at the top right, upload your picture and you're done.
As there are some "big" expansions coming soon, the next news will hopefully be published a little more quickly.
