There are some exciting new features coming to Trackboxx over the next few months.

We regularly release smaller improvements, but the next set of features will bring some much bigger changes. They deserve an update of their own, so here’s what we’re working on.

More flexible reports and exports

This update went live today and is already available to use.

You can now choose custom date ranges and, more importantly, create your own reports through the export system.

We’ll continue refining these features over the coming weeks.

A new way to set up conversions and goals

This feature will make setting up goals much easier.

Until now, tracking a button click as a goal meant adding custom code to your website.

That took extra work, and some users simply didn’t have the technical knowledge to do it.

That’s about to change!

The new system will record clicks, downloads and other actions and show them in a dedicated area of your dashboard. You’ll just select the actions that matter to you and enable them as goals. That’s it!

No extra code or further changes to your website. Setting up and using conversions will become straightforward for everyone.

This is definitely a feature I’m excited about.

User flows and funnels

This has been on our roadmap for a while. Until now, it was a little harder to make useful: analysing user flows and funnels requires goals.

But hardly anyone was using goals, for the reasons mentioned above.

The new conversion feature gives us the opportunity to bring these features together.

A clear visual overview will show how visitors move through your site, the paths they take towards a goal or purchase, and how traffic from entire channels, such as social media, behaves on average.

Setup will be simple and intuitive, too. We want Trackboxx to remain easy for everyone to use.

Export conversions to Google Ads and Meta Ads

This has also been on our list for a while. Requests have become particularly frequent since we introduced e-commerce tracking.

We’ll add integrations with Google Ads and Meta Ads so you can use your Trackboxx conversions to optimise your advertising campaigns.

QR codes

With this feature, we’re adding something that, as far as I know, other analytics tools neither offer nor have planned.

We think QR codes are still underrated in Germany and across Europe, despite the opportunities they offer.

You’ll be able to create QR codes directly in Trackboxx, add links with UTM parameters and track the results in one place.

Combined with your conversion data, this will show how your QR codes are performing, so you won’t have to guess.

An agency plan

More and more agencies are asking for features designed specifically for agencies and resellers.

We’re already working on a solution.

Trackboxx already lets you manage additional clients and users. With the agency plan, we want to improve those capabilities and add more features.

That’s all for now. We’re working on other improvements too, but these are the biggest additions planned for this year. They’ll bring a lot more to Trackboxx.
