This guide explains how to set up the Trackboxx app in your Shopify store in just a few steps.

Prerequisite: a Trackboxx account

You need a Trackboxx account, before installing the app. If you do not have one yet, create an account at trackboxx.com . You can find your TB ID later in the Trackboxx dashboard (see step 3).

Step 1: Open the Trackboxx app

Open the following page:

Enter your store domain (e.g. your-store.myshopify.com) and click Log in.

Step 2: Install the app in your store

You will be redirected to your Shopify admin. Confirm the requested permissions by clicking Installto install the app.

Note: The message “This app hasn’t been reviewed” is normal because the app is not currently listed in the Shopify App Store.

Step 3: Enter your TB ID

Open your Trackboxx dashboard and locate your TB ID (tracking ID).

Then enter this TB ID in the app settings in your Shopify store.

Step 4: Enter the public URL (if required)

If your store uses a custom domain instead of the standardmyshopify.comaddress, also enter the public URL of your store in the settings.

Done!

Once you have saved the TB ID and, if required, the public URL, setup is complete. Trackboxx will now automatically collect analytics data for your store.
