The official Shopware plugin automatically configures all the necessary settings in your Shopware store.
After a quick setup, all relevant e-commerce data is automatically sent to Trackboxx.
Which data can Trackboxx collect from your Shopware store?
- All sales, including the time of purchase, order value, traffic source and other relevant details
- The channel that generated each sale, such as Google, paid ads or affiliate links
- Cart abandonment rate
- “Add to cart” events, including when products were added to the cart and via which channels
- Cart views
- Detailed cart abandonment analysis
Installing the Shopware plugin
You can download the Shopware plugin free of charge using the link below. It will also be available directly through Shopware soon.
Requirements
You need a Trackboxx account. Add your shop URL to generate your personal tracking code.
Configuring the Shopware plugin
In the plugin settings, simply enter your Trackboxx ID. This connects your shop to Trackboxx and lets you view the captured data in your dashboard.
You can find the required ID in your Trackboxx account.

Under “Your website(s)”, click “Tracking code”. Your ID is shown on the third line from the bottom.

Copy the ID and paste it into the corresponding field in the plugin.
The plugin sends the net value of each sale, excluding VAT, rather than the gross value.
