Here we explain what you need to know about canceling your Trackboxx account.
In principle, you can "cancel" your Trackboxx or delete it completely. In both cases, however, your automatic payment option will be cancelled.
With the option "cancel" your data will remain with us (max. 60 days) and you have the option of reactivating your account at a later date so that you can view your previously collected statistics again.
With the option "Delete Trackboxx account", all your data will be deleted immediately.
To cancel your Trackboxx account, follow these steps:
1. Click the gear icon in the top right corner.
2. select "Account"
3. Scroll down in the following view - here you will find the corresponding options.
